Ever had that feeling that all of the world’s hardship is on your shoulder?
Most us, if not all of us, had those moments. Some things just doesn’t seem to add up. You’re struggling and nothing seems to be working right. Scary as it may sound, you’ll be stressed and frustrated.
Let me go back to God’s word as he said in on 2 Corinthians 12:9
9 And he said unto me,
My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
The hardness of hearts sometimes need some hard knock lessons. The sanctification process of being a Christian is rather difficult. It’s only by grace that we’re able to withstand our challenges.
Christ reminded us that His grace is sufficient for us. When we are weak, we call upon his name and that’s when we realize the we’re strengthened by the Holy Spirit in us.
I heard this song during the worship on our Sunday service, Blessings by Laura Story.
We pray for a lot of things but what if the trials that we have in our life are mercies in disguise…? I love how we are reminded that God’s words are forever true.
I pray that you will find refuge on God’s words and be strengthened by His promise of eternal life in Christ Jesus.
